My approach to Bodywork is based on neuroscience - calm the nervous system and the mind & body follow. You can learn more here.

 

What this means at a practical level is that I don't offer full body deep tissue massage; rather I work with the fascia and nerves which requires a lighter touch, but promotes a deeper relaxation.

 

Of course I do some deep tissue release when it's indicated, but if you're looking for deep pressure throughout your massage, I'm not the therapist for you.
