Full Body Manual Lymphatic Drainage: Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a specialized massage technique used for health + aesthetic purposes, such as reducing the appearance of cellulite and minimizing swelling. By applying gentle, rhythmic movements, MLD helps stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the elimination of excess fluids and toxins from the body. This can result in improved skin texture, reduced water retention, and a more toned appearance. MLD is a non-invasive and relaxing treatment that can support overall skin health and contribute to a more sculpted and rejuvenated look.
