Join Kirstin for a 3 hour workshop utilizing the Yoga Tune Up® Coregeous ball and breathing drills for some autonomic nervous system ‘trickery’ to help increase parasympathy, the part of our nervous system devoted to ‘rest & digest’.

Modern living is full of biological stressors that keep us in sympathetic nervous system overdrive. Add in daily WODs and your body may be screaming for some relief via pain, burnout or illness. True nervous system and muscle recovery can only occur when parasympathy is activated. In addition, the grippy texture of the Coregeous ball provides a myofascial stretch that facilitates waste removal, improving your immune health.

Where & When: Bar Path Cross Fit Saturday, August 25, 2018, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Please bring a yoga bolster or several towels (2-3 bath size or larger) that can be folded into a makeshift bolster.
