What to Expect:
​
Prior to our In Person VIP Intensive, you will receive a detailed Intake Form that, when filled out,
will help me best determine our plan of action.
​
Your VIP Healing Intensive is designed to be completed over the course of 3-5 days. Each day involves bodywork and movement instruction specifically designed for your issues and goals and each day builds on the progress made during the previous day's work. These intense days of work are close enough together that your body has little time to return to its' previous state resulting in significant changes being made in a short period of time. And to help you maintain the gains made during your Intensive, you'll be provided with tools and instruction in a home program designed specifically for your body.

Coming from out of town? An Air BNB loft apartment is available right above my studio and with enough notice, I can help you secure accomodation here or provide you with the names of other places to stay nearby.
