Body Maintenance: Tools for Pain Relief and Mobility

"All human beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves"

In this class series, Physical Therapist Kirstin Bergman will guide you in performing self-massage techniques using Tune Up® Therapy Massage Balls and simple, but effective, mobility exercises. Each week focuses on a different area of the body, for eg. feet/ankles/lower leg, chest/shoulders/upper arms, etc. Every 8 weeks, the series repeats, allowing you to deepen your understanding of your body and what it needs, as well as improve your mobility, strength and balance. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor by themselves and the class is designed for men and women. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
