The New Year Reset is a three-month experience that blends in person yoga or at home beginner friendly exercises, mindful nutrition, personalized bodywork (optional) and small, sustainable habits to help you release stress, restore balance, and rediscover your energy.

 

We’ll dive into movement practices, simple ways to nourish your body, and the art of rest—because rest is just as important as sleep when it comes to building resilience.

This isn’t just another program; it’s an invitation to feel better in your body and more present in your life.

 

With weekly yoga classes, journaling prompts, and tools to create space for meaningful rest, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more centered, and ready for the year ahead.

Here's what you'll receive:

  • Unlimited In-Person Yoga: Access to all scheduled yoga classes during the program. These sessions are crafted to align with the weekly themes, offering a blend of movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.

  • Weekly Beginner-Friendly At Home Exercises: Accessible, seated, or standing movements tailored to each week’s theme. These gentle exercises are perfect for beginners or those seeking low-impact options, helping you build strength, flexibility, and resilience in a safe, supportive way.

  • The New Year Reset Manual: A detailed guide packed with educational content, weekly and monthly nutrition information to decrease sugar and increase fruit, veggie and protein consumption, journaling prompts, rest practices, and weekly action steps to help you reset and renew.

  • Journal and Habit Tracker: Tools to reflect on your journey, track your progress, and stay consistent with your new habits.

  • Bodywork Sessions (Optional): If you choose the bodywork option, you'll receive personalized sessions designed to release tension, restore balance, and complement your yoga practice. Modalities may include craniosacral therapy or myofascial release, relaxation massage or unwinding tailored to your needs.
