November is nearly here! Where did the summer go?!! I've been busy putitng together some workshops and they start in November. See the main site for descriptions of the workshops; Restore Your Pelvic Floor and A Day of Gratitude.

I came up with A Day of Gratitude as a way to take some time out of our busy schedules to care for ourselves. Ellie at Satsanga agreed to help me out! This workshop will be fun - we'll do a little crafting, learn some yoga and meditate. If you have never done yoga and have been afraid to try it, please give this workshop a try! The practices will be short and easy, but the benefits huge! There is absolutely no experience needed. And if you are not an artist, no fear; the crafting projects will also be simple, but really cool! We're going to mix some essential oils for your own gratitude blend to use in our practice, then we'll make gratitude journals! Fun! I am hoping to make this the beginning of a series of Self-Care Workshops where we take some time out to care for ourselves in a meaningful, self-loving way and have fun doing it!

I will also be posting some Novemeber specials soon. I am so grateful for each and every person who has ever taken a yoga class from me or seen me for a massage and I want to thank all of you for giving me a shot!
