One of the most frequent complaints I hear is tight and painful hips. This Hips Intensive Session is designed to lessen tension and pain by attending to all of the structures that surround your hips. I'll address ligaments, nerves, fascia and muscle from the front, back and the sides. Additionally, your legs and feet, which may be contributing to your hip issues, will also be addressed. Please no perfumes.
